Gentle Almond Scrub

This almond scrub is simple to make and gentle on the skin.

It incorporates honey to hydrate and soothe the skin and ease inflammation. Finely ground almond meal gently exfoliates. Peppermint oil to cool. Jojoba oil is non-allergenic, antibacterial and chemically very much like human sebum.

Almond Scrub

To make this you will need:

Blend all the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. You may need to soften the honey a little to make it easier to work with.

Add water a few drops at a time to make a spreadable paste. Massage into the neck and face. Leave for 5-10 minutes then rinse with warm water.
